Cancellations

Cancel a Pre-Order item will result of 30 % of Cancellation Charge. Cancellations are not accepted for others items.

Pre Order

For Pre Order items, please note that there is a possibility that the release date from the manufacturer could change. These changes are decided by the manufacturer and we can not control or take responsibility for them. If the release date of your pre order item change you will be inform as soon as possible. If for this reason you decide to cancel the order, please be informed that you will be charged 30% of the order price as a cancellation charge.

Returns

If the item is defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns are accepted only if the item was not the item described
The buyer is responsible of paying return shipping cost and we refund the cost of item only. Also, please be advised that the item has to be returned in the original condition with the whole package.
Must be unopened, unused, original package.

Import Duties

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

You can ask the "gift" mention to avoid import duties, do not forget to mention it when you order. ( in some rare case, even with the mention "gift" you could maybe have to pay import duties.)


Combined Shipping

If you order Pre-order items & In stock items in the same order, your items will be send in the same package after the release of the Pre-order items.

Stock Status

The stock status of items at our store is updated regularly during business hours. There may be some cases where the stock status displayed on our website does not match our available stock and items that are shown on our website as available may actuality be sold out. Customers will be contacted if this occurs.

  • EMS   3~7     Business Days  (Includes tracking & Insurance up to 20,000 JPY)
  • AIR    8~14   Business Days  (Includes tracking & Insurance up to 6,000 JPY)

[AIR Option is available until 2 KG]

  • SAL   15~25  Business Days  (Includes tracking & Insurance up to 6,000 JPY)

*Please be informed that Japan Post do not have Tracking & Insurance if you choose SAL Shipping for the following Countries : Greenland, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Hungary, Finland, Paraguay, Serbia, Poland, Moldova, Guadeloupe. (We recommend you to choose the shipping method AIR or EMS )

Delivery estimates can be longer upon country and upon period ( Christmas, New Year...)

The Post office is supposed to leave a note when they attempt delivery, but sometime they don't, if you don't Pick up your package at the post office within a week, it will get sent back to us. We are not responsible for packages sent back and you are responsible for any shipping costs if we have to ship the package again.
